i was always more of a barbie fan than bratz (not that bratz were available when i was a kid). but remember how barbie had her little sister stacy? and there were usually some sort of ethnic friends or family members in the form of asian and african and hispanic barbie equivalents?

p-review: bratz the movie

paula abdul is involved in the bratz movie coming out in august. that news came out a while ago. but for whatever reason, i figured maybe the movie would take a while to go into production and actually come out in theaters. well, bad news bears guys: the movie has an august release date.

even worse news? the trailer is now online. for kids to see. i can already vow to NOT take my six year old sister to see this crap. although my parents will probably take her to shut her up.

the movie stars a bunch of teenagers and people i've never heard of. but i fiind it hilarious that the movie is directed by a guy named sean mcnamara. if you're like me, you automatically think of the nip/tuck character played by dylan walsh.
